I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. The location, right on the lake and a block from the beach, was perfect. This hotel is also close to restaurants, making it easy to find delicious meals. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and I really enjoyed the updated lobby. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereal and tasty muffins in pump thermos bottles. the positive aspects of this hotel made for a great experience.

Located in the heart of the bustling Levante Beach area, the Flash Hotel lets you immerse yourself in all that Benidorm has to offer. Just steps away from the sandy shores and surrounded by shops and restaurants, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and come with all the necessary amenities, including TV and a view of the pool. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

One small drawback is the limited smoking area, as guests have to walk to the designated area at the other end of the bar to smoke.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and well looked after. Everything about our stay was great. The location was central, making it easy to access the indoor market and the beach, only a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the rooms were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The layout and variety of food in the dining room was excellent, with a wide range of options for both meals. The quality of the food was great, especially the delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast. The staff at the hotel, including the reception and bar staff, were friendly, helpful, and made us feel special throughout our stay.

The hotel has a tendency to overbook rooms, resulting in other guests being moved on arrival as well. This is a frustrating practice and affected our overall experience.

The restaurant was clean and the food was of excellent quality, with a great choice of options for the evening meals. The rooms were well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and a 40" flatscreen TV with a variety of channels. We also loved the terrace bar, which had well-priced drinks and free entertainment. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and beach access. we had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to coming back.

The location in the heart of the city was excellent, surrounded by high offices building. The hotel facilities, including the spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The car valet service and own car park were a huge benefit, making parking convenient. The staff were incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, always willing to offer assistance in any way they could. Moreover, the breakfast at the hotel was superb, ensuring a great start to our day.

Nothing not to like.

Twin king beds, mini fridge, 40" flatscreen TV with ITV, BBC. Great bathroom. Fantastic maid service. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Excellent terrace bar with well priced drinks and free entertainment. Can't wait to go back.

We had such a comfortable and luxurious stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right across from the famous Morgan's Tavern and in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the receptionist to the chefs, waiters, and bar staff. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony and a mini-bar. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the English breakfast was perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the happy hour deals at the bar and the afternoon entertainment provided. we had a wonderful experience here.

Although everything was great, we did have a bit of an issue with the manager who charged one of our group members £150 for accidentally setting off a fire extinguisher. The incident was minor and there was only a small powder residue, but the manager was a bit rude about it.
